2.3 Code and Infrastructure Data (AI Engineer)

For AI Engineer plan users who connect code repositories:

  • Source code from connected GitHub repositories (read-only access)
  • Log data from connected AWS CloudWatch
  • Error traces and stack traces for debugging

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use our Service:

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
  • Device information
  • AI agent interactions and feature usage

CleoAI uses artificial intelligence to process your support data. Our AI agents:

Your data is processed securely and is not used to train general AI models shared with other customers.
